Dear Ghost
I realized today that the cards my sister gave me are entitled "Angel of the Gardens' I thought it was a synchronicity that i gave you an organic gardener one.
I am sending one to Helena also. She goes to the sea to get kelp to feed the plants in her garden.
Cinnamon has changed things for me. I don t have the carb cravings because I put a tsp on my banana in the morning.
I am free.
So that feels good.
Oh, why i brought it up is that I didn't know until today that cinnamon is from the bark of a certain tree.
